Chris Beaty is a composer, instrumentalist, and engineer. His work can currently be heard on ABC news, The National Geographic channel, PBS, and at the Smithsonian museum in Washington, D.C. He held the post of lead composer at Asche & Spencer for 17 years. Working from his own studio, Beaty creates about 25 hours of broadcast media music annually and handles session guitar work, music and sound design for installations and education materials.
