Claire Dietrich Ranna is an Episcopal Priest in the Diocese of California currently serving the Episcopal Church of St. Mary the Virgin in San Francisco, California. A graduate of Duke University and Yale Divinity School, Claire co-wrote and co-produced the documentary film Miss Representation before pursuing theological education. She lives in Marin County with her husband, who identifies as Muslim and was born and raised in Pakistan, and their 14-month-old daughter.
