Clare Mulvany

Clare Mulvany is a creative leadership mentor, photographer, retreat host, and the author of One Wild Life: A Journey to Discover People Who Change the World. A graduate of Oxford University, she was a founding member of Suas, one of Ireland’s leading educational nonprofits and later went on to co-found The Trailblazery, an organization that hosts cutting edge TED-style talks in inspiring venues around Ireland.

As a storyteller, her craft was honed as an international documentary photographer. Her camera led her to tell stories for social change organizations from Eastern Africa, Asia and as far away as the Pacific Islands. She is also the founder of Wild Edge Retreats, which hosts writing and leadership retreats in West Cork.

Clare is a Social Entrepreneurs Ireland awardee, and The Irish Times named her as one of Ireland’s 60 most creative people, and one of 30 people making Ireland a happier place. She lives in a little village called Schull, on the west coast of Ireland, and loves to swim in the wild Atlantic.
